Newsletter access no longer requires a password.
The Board has decided that the Daytona HOG
newsletter should be available to all who wish to read it - and now you
can!
Were you thinking about advertising in the newsletter? Do you have a
favorite restaurant who was thinking about advertising? Well, think
about the exposure that will now be available to our advertisers -
worldwide exposure.
Meeting Minutes will no longer appear in the newsletter. Minutes will be
available online in the members only section shortly after the meetings
are held (usually within the week). Birthdays and new members will also
appear only online in the members only section (for privacy of our
members).
When you're reading your newsletter, you can reduce or
enlarge the view with the use of the toolbar. If the toolbar shows 50%,
100%, 200% - you are also able to type in your own numbers (I like 85%)
for ease of viewing most of the page. That number is only viewing - it
does not affect your printing. Some versions of Acrobat will even
read your newsletter to you.
Depending on the version of Adobe Acrobat you have, links
to websites may be active, as well as email addresses in the newsletter. Titles in
the index on
the first page will take you to that article. Look for underlined
words/titles/websites - that's a link and it should take you there!
